සේවා කොන්දේසි

1. පිළිගැනීම

ChatKatalog account එකක් හදන එකෙන් ඔබ මේ කොන්දේසි වලට එකඟ වෙනවා. එකඟ නැත්නම් service එක use කරන්න එපා. අපි මේ කොන්දේසි update කරන්න පුළුවන්; වැදගත් වෙනස්කම් account එකේ තියෙන email එකට දැනුම් දෙනවා, සහ මේ පිටුවේ ඉහළින් තියෙන "Last updated" date එක authoritative.

2. ChatKatalog සඳහා apply කිරීම

ChatKatalog පළමු 150 founding-seller group එකකින් launch වෙනවා. /apply form එකෙන් ඔබට apply කරන්න පුළුවන්. හැම application එකක්ම අපි personally review කරලා business days 3ක් ඇතුළත WhatsApp එකෙන් reply කරනවා. Approval අපේ discretion එකේ. Approve වෙනකම් signup gated. Approve වුණ applicants ලාට දින 14ක් valid one-time invite link එකක් යවනවා; ඒ window එක ඇතුළත signup complete කරන්නේ නැත්නම් invite expire වෙනවා (application data ට පස්සේ වෙන දේ /privacy section 6 බලන්න).

3. ඔබේ account එක

Login credentials safely තබාගෙන තියන එක සහ account එකේ activity එක ඔබේ වගකීම. එක legal entity එකකට එක account එකයි. ඔබ අවම වශයෙන් 18 හැවිරිදි විය යුතුයි. මේ කොන්දේසි break කරන accounts අපි suspend කරන්න පුළුවන්.

4. Founding Sellers — Pro මාස 3ක් free

පළමු 150 approve වුණ applicants ලාට ChatKatalog Pro signup complete කරපු දවසේ සිට මාස 3ක් free. Trial එකට පස්සේ Pro signup කරපු දවසේ /pricing වල තිබ්බ price එකේ auto-renew වෙනවා. Signup complete වෙච්ච දවසේ සිට Pro වල පළමු මාස 12 එම price එක අපි honor කරනවා ("price lock") — මේ අතරතුර අපේ pricing change වුණත්. Price lock එක same Pro tier එකට අදාල; downgrade හරි churn වුණොත් stop වෙනවා. Corporate events (sale, restructure, Pro tier sunset කරන එක) සමඟ price lock survivability M4.6 audit එකේදී lawyer review එකට යටත් — repository එකේ docs/legal-deferred.md එකේ public ව track කරපු.

5. ඔබේ content (publishing tool එකක්, marketplace එකක් නෙවෙයි)

Upload කරන හැම product, image, description එකක්ම ඔබේ. Shop එක run කරන්න අවශ්‍ය විදිහට ඒ content එක host කරන්න, display කරන්න අපට සීමිත, non-exclusive licence එකක් ඔබ දෙනවා. ChatKatalog කියන්නේ publishing සහ catalog tool එකක් — අපි listings display කරනවා; ඔබේ behalf එකේ අපි sell කරන්නේ නෑ. භාණ්ඩ සඳහා contract එක තියෙන්නේ ඔබ සහ buyer අතර. Upload කරන සියල්ල upload කරන්න ඔබට අයිතියක් තියෙන බව, images සහ product descriptions වලට අවශ්‍ය licences ඇතුළුව, ඔබ confirm කරනවා.

6. පිළිගත හැකි භාවිතය සහ තහනම් අයිතම

ChatKatalog legitimate Sri Lankan sellers ලාට. පහත categories platform එකේ permit කරන්නේ නෑ. Suspected violations manually review කරනවා; confirmed violations remove කරනවා; repeat violations suspension එකකට යනවා. List එක illustrative, exhaustive නෙවෙයි.

7. Service availability

අපි high availability target කරනවා, ඒත් මේ අවස්ථාවේ formal uptime SLA එකක් දෙන්නේ නෑ. Sellers ලාට disrupt කරන scheduled maintenance කරන වෙලාවට අවම වශයෙන් පැය 24ක notice එකක් admin dashboard එකෙන් හරි email එකෙන් දෙනවා. Service එක "as is" provide කරනවා — particular purpose එකකට fit කරන බවට warranty එකක් නෑ.

8. ChatKatalog payments process කරන්නේ නෑ

ChatKatalog payments process කරන්නේ නෑ. Buyer card numbers, bank account details හරි වෙනත් payment instruments අපි hold කරන්නේ නෑ. Buyer කෙනෙක් checkout කරන වෙලාවට අපේ software එක pre-filled WhatsApp message එකක් compose කරනවා, ඒක buyer ගේ WhatsApp එක open කරනවා; conversation එක, order confirmation එක, payment එක සහ fulfilment එක WhatsApp එකෙන් සහ seller ගේ සිය payment methods වලින් (bank transfer, cash on delivery, හරි seller ගේ සිය payment processor — ChatKatalog වෙතින් පිට) buyer සහ seller අතර සිදු වෙනවා. Order, payment හරි refund disputes buyer සහ seller අතර. ChatKatalog කිසිම transaction එකකට party එකක් නෙවෙයි.

9. Manual onboarding (founding sellers)

Approve වුණ founding sellers ලාට personal onboarding call එකක් (Zoom හරි WhatsApp video — ඔබේ choice එක, අපි schedule කරනවා). Shop setup, පළමු products list කරන එක සහ basic operations call එකේදී කවර් කරනවා. Call එක record කරන්නේ නෑ. Call එක නැතුව self-onboard කරන්න කැමති නම් අපට කියන්න — seller dashboard එක සම්පූර්ණයෙන් self-service.

10. Pricing සහ වෙනස්කම්

Free tier එක /pricing වල describe කරපු විදිහට free එකේම තියෙනවා. Paid tier pricing active subscribers ලාට දින 30ක notice එකකින් වෙනස් වෙන්න පුළුවන්. Section 4 එකේ founding-seller 12-month price lock එක applicable 150 accounts වලට මේ notice period එක supersede කරනවා. Existing billing cycles ඔබ sign up කරපු price එකේම honor කරනවා.

11. අවසන් කිරීම

Dashboard එකෙන් ඕන වෙලාවක account එක close කරන්න පුළුවන්. මේ කොන්දේසි break කරන accounts අපි පහත tiers වලින් close කරන්න පුළුවන්: (a) prohibited-items violations, fraud, හරි වෙන sellers ලාට/buyers ලාට risk එකක් තියන conduct වලට immediate suspension; (b) material breaches (උදා: account-sharing, Pro unpaid invoices) වලට cure කරන්න දින 7ක්; (c) අපේ convenience එකට close කරන වෙලාවට (උදා: platform discontinue කරන වෙලාවට launch group wind down) දින 30ක notice එකක්. Closure එකේදී data export කරන්න ඔබට දින 30ක්; ඊටපස්සේ /privacy section 6 එකට අනුව data delete කරනවා.

12. අදාල නීතිය

මේ කොන්දේසි ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ නීති වලින් govern වෙනවා. Disputes Colombo උසාවි වල exclusive jurisdiction එකට යටත්. Mandatory arbitration clause එකක් නෑ.

Account inactivity සහ shop ඉවත් කිරීම

දීර්ඝ කාලයකට activity නැති shops අපි pause කරන්න හරි remove කරන්න පුළුවන්. විශේෂයෙන්:

• Products add නොකරම හදපු shops: දින 14 සහ 30 වලදී reminder emails අපි යවනවා. දින 60ක් වෙනකම් products add නැත්නම් ඔබේ shop subdomain එක paused state එකකට යනවා සහ ඔබේ shop URL එක buyers ලාට resolve වෙන්නේ නෑ. දින 90 දී products add නැත්නම් shop එක සහ ඒකේ සියලුම data permanently delete කරනවා. ඕන වෙලාවක login වෙලා එක product එකක්වත් add කරලා මේක වළක්වන්න පුළුවන්.
• Products තියන, ඒත් admin activity හරි new orders දින 180ක් නැති shops: දින 170 දී reminder එකක් අපි යවනවා. දින 180 දී shop එක දින 30කට soft-suspend කරනවා. Login වෙලා reactivate කරන්න පුළුවන්. දින 30 grace period එකට පස්සේත් activity නැත්නම්, shop එක සහ ඒකේ data permanently delete කරන්න පුළුවන්.
• Recent traffic, orders, හරි admin activity තියන shops කවදාවත් auto-delete කරන්නේ නෑ.

Shop එකක් use නොකර indefinitely keep කරගන්න ඕන නම්, inactivity threshold එකකට යන්න කලින් අපව contact කරන්න — අපි ඒක manually preserved කියලා mark කරනවා.
